The service

Replora is a platform to manage and reply to Google reviews: it connects your Google Business Profiles, drafts replies with AI, publishes the replies you approve, and shows analytics about your reviews. A free reply generator (10 replies per day) is also available.

Your account and Google connection

You confirm you own, or are authorized to manage, the Business Profiles you connect. You can disconnect at any time from Settings or from your Google Account permissions. You are responsible for your team members and their permissions.

Published replies

Replies are written by AI and should be reviewed. Anything published to your profile — whether you approved it or enabled auto-publishing for it — is published in your name and is your responsibility.

Subscriptions and payment

• Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. When it ends, replies and syncing stop until you subscribe; your data is kept.
• Prices are listed on the pricing page in Saudi riyals, plus VAT where due. Payments are processed by Moyasar, a licensed payment gateway; we never store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (month or year) by charging the saved card, until you turn renewal off in Settings → Subscription & billing. Turning it off stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Upgrades take effect immediately, credited for the unused part of the current period; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• If a renewal charge fails we retry over a few days and notify you by email; the account keeps working for 7 days after the period ends, then pauses until paid.
• The founders’ discount lasts as long as the subscription continues without a lapse.
• For refund requests or payment disputes, email support@getreplora.com; we follow the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Acceptable use

You may not use Replora to violate Google’s policies: no fake reviews, no incentives for reviews, no soliciting reviews only from satisfied customers (review gating), and no misleading or abusive content.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any particular outcome for your reviews or ranking, and are not liable for damages arising from published replies or from outages of our service or Google’s.
