Privacy Policy

Replora (getreplora.com) helps business owners manage and reply to their Google reviews. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and how you can delete it.

1. Free reply generator

No sign-up required. The review text you paste is sent to our AI provider to generate a reply and is not stored. We keep your IP address temporarily in server memory only to enforce the free daily limit.

2. Your account data

• Name and email; optionally phone number, business name and job title.
• Your password, stored only as a bcrypt hash.
• Your settings: reply modes, reply style, notifications, templates and team.
• Account security log: sign-in times, IP address and browser type, to protect you and to show your “Security activity”.
• One essential cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

3. Google user data we access

When you connect your Google account to Replora (via OAuth, scope business.manage), we access only data from the Google Business Profiles you manage:

• Your Business Profile accounts / location groups and your locations’ names, addresses and Maps links.
• Your locations’ reviews: reviewer display name and public profile photo, star rating, review text, date, and the owner reply if any.
• Each location’s average rating and review count as shown by Google, and its “write a review” link.

We store an OAuth refresh token so we can perform the above on your behalf; it is kept in our database and used only by our servers.

4. How we use Google user data

• Show your locations’ reviews in your dashboard, with search and filters.
• Draft replies with AI in the style you choose.
• Publish a reply to Google only when you or an authorized member of your team approves it, or automatically for locations where you explicitly enabled auto-publishing (your consent is recorded). You can turn this off at any time.
• Analytics for your account only: recurring topics, phrases, staff mentioned and rating trends.
• Notify you about new reviews according to your settings.

We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train generalized AI models, and do not share it except with the service providers listed below, to operate the service for you. Our staff do not read it except with your request for support, for security purposes, or as required by law.

Replora’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Service providers

• Anthropic (Claude) receives review text and your style settings to write replies and analyze topics. Under its commercial terms, API data is not used to train its models.
• Railway: hosting and database.
• Microsoft 365: sending emails (notifications, invitations) when enabled.

6. Review-collection links

Links and QR codes you create for your locations redirect visitors straight to Google’s review form. We count visits by source (QR, WhatsApp, link) without storing IP addresses or anything that identifies the visitor.

7. Retention and deletion

• We keep your data while your account exists.
• Disconnect Google (Settings → Google & sync): we revoke the token with Google and delete it immediately.
• Delete a location: removes it and its stored reviews from Replora. Your Google profile is not affected.
• Delete your account (Settings → Data & account): immediately deletes your account, locations, reviews, settings and team members, and revokes our access to your Google account.
• You can also revoke our access anytime at your Google Account permissions.
• You can export your data (CSV or JSON) from Settings before deleting.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, you can sign out your other devices, and each team member only sees the locations they are allowed to.

9. Waitlist

We store the contact you entered for one purpose: telling you when the platform launches. We never sell it or share it for marketing.
